From dreaming of global adventures as a child to becoming the first in my family to attend university, my path has been anything but ordinary. My experiences living and working in Ireland, Germany, France, and Switzerland have shaped my unique perspective and honed my communication skills.

I bring an interdisciplinary background in health, education, and technology, along with lived experience across multiple countries and systems. This helps me translate research into communication that resonates with diverse audiences.
